Miracles



This post is dedicated to my friend Anna Bolgova.
  
Today I want to tell you about faith and miracles. I absolutely convinced that they are connected. I was inspired by the film “Miracles of heaven” and I was crying during the whole film. 

As for me miracles are around us every day.  Kind people, who help us even if we don’t ask, are miracles. Children for me are the best and the lightest miracles. They are like a white pieces of paper and they have so much faith. Everyone has his own faith - someone believes in God, someone in himself, etc.
  
 Miracle is an effect of your faith. You can believe in everything you want, the most important to feel safety and happiness. Do whatever you want just try not to hurt anyone else. Feel free and do everything that makes you happy. Don’t forget to tell your family and you friends how much you love them(I will remind you about it all the time). Believe in yourself and in your dreams or goals. And I am absolutely assured that the power of your faith will make lots of miracles for you.

Writing a book

The whole last week I was in Odessa and had a great time there. During my holidays I was observing people around me, their behaviour and lifestyle. As well I was thinking about myself, made some summaries, because I’m now in a period of changes. In a short time I will graduate from university and I decided to make my dreams come true. One thing in my life’s “to-do-list” is to write a book. I was talking about that for 2 years and nothing has been done yet. During a long walking trip with my friend and her song we were talking about everything and started discussing our dreams. She shared with me an absolutely amazing life-hack. If you want to start something new, everyday do something small for your final goal. This theory explains the new system of learning foreign languages “5 words a day”. She told me that she wants to start going to gym again but she has a small son, so she walks fast with her son 30 minutes a day. I decided to write small texts everyday even on a napkin in a cafe and in some time these texts will turn into my own book. So don’t try to change everything in one moment - it can be stressful for you. Do little steps every day. For example, I can’t stop studying and working at University (dream job, I’ll write about it someday) just for writing my book but I can write little text every day about the most important things for me.

Fear of the unknown





It's scary to start a something new? I think it will not work, because you have no relevant experience? It is even grips you and you lose all inspiration and self-confidence. So you start to do something in spite of fears and doubts?

First, take a deep breath, at least 10 times. The rush of oxygen reduces fear.

Secondly, you need to understand that if you never did,it won’t be good from the very first time. I don't think not having a driving license and never tried driving, you will come in  driving school and ride a car from the first lesson. Nope, so most likely will not. It took me 2 lessons to just learn to stop before the stop line. Not before it, not after it, two meters away but directly in front of it. So failing the first time — this is normal.

Thirdly, if what you want to start doing, already was done by someone else, you can do it as well. If someone was able to learn English, so you can. In any case, you can ask for help. For example, to go for a consultation to language school . Ask on the forum where you will be able to be answered by specialists. And it is possible to find a teacher or go to some training.

Fourthly, if you want to do something, do it. Look at children who are learning to walk. If the child decides not to learn to walk just because of the fact that it’s scary, it will be kind of ridiculous. The child gets up, falls, then rises and falls again, until you get the result. What is result? Result, it’s many failed attempts.

Advice of the day : do, what you wanted to do! Take a course of driving, start s cooking course, drawing course, what you ever dreamed about . Maybe you dreamed to be stylist?Maybe playing piano was your dream?-Do it! It's never too late!Follow you dreams. The worst karma ever – living stupid life, not adoring every moment of it.

How to learn to get up early? Practical advices.



This year  I’ve started with trying to get up early without alarm clock. As a result before this experiment I was getting up at 9 a.m. and after that 11a.m. became my normal getting up time. So today I want to give you some practical advices how I used to get up normally at 6 a.m. and it took me 2 weeks to get used to it.

Strong motivation
For me it was work, because I have to be at office at 7:30 a.m.. You can motivate yourself with the help of sport. In the morning we have the biggest amount of energy. You have  just to start your training you will be shocked how easy will it flew by. 


Early Wake up is early bedtimes. The thing is, how much you sleep.
 Very often I hear talk of an early getting up without context, how many people go to bed, and this is a big mistake that will cost you strength  and tone. It's not just how much you get and how many hours you sleep. Sleep is recovery, it is necessary exactly to the extent that is necessary for your body.


Most sources state that the optimum sleep time for an adult healthy person is 8 hours. It is repeatedly tested on personal practice, again without the alarm clock and the ability to sleep wherever you are. 9 hours – if you are tired, but within permissible limits. 10 hours for a sick person. 12 hours after severe physical or emotional overload.

There is an opinion that for the person 6 hours is enough on a permanent basis. Possible. Under ideal condition the nervous system, as well as additional energy stimulants – if you love, you burn a crazy project, a very young child or there are other crazy things. Then the person will sleep no much and will not get tired, but this is usually short-term history, which is better not to abuse.

I wouldn't cut the sleeping time: good night's sleep ensures a productive life. Conclusion: early rise – an early bedtime.
The first month we must be patient.
If you only for 3 days will get up at 6 in the morning (or other times which to you means "early") and at 10-11 p.m. you will just fall in your bed. And if you went to sleep early, and the geting up process would be easier. The circle closes again. Only now you turn into a “lark”. Congratulations!

Put two alarm clocks away from the bed.
The alarms away, the call has to be annoying, the interval between calls is 5 minutes. Typical advice, but it works tolerably well, if you really want to learn how to get up early.

Do not eat at least 3 hours before bedtime.
Do not overload your stomach digestion of food. Will be better and easier to sleep. If you regularly eat before bed, it's all the same habit. For the experiment try to stay at least a week (ideally a month) in a different way, and you will feel the difference, which will affect not only your sleep but also overall health and appearance.

Start the morning rituals.

Drink a glass of water, wash face, turn on music and sleep will be gone or at least it will be not so obvious, like 15 minutes ago. Enter these actions into a habit. Healthy rituals make a healthy track for the day. Healthy Day creates a Healthy Life

Spanish Tuesday

I love thinking about something for hours and it can actually be everything. I can for example look on someone and reasoning that is he/she is thinking, what does he/she do every day, etc.  
What I understood today is that everybody is waiting for weekend during the whole week, so most of our active time we are just waiting for something. Most of us are so happy in Friday: “Weekend is coming, Hallelujah!”. After that the whole weekend we are laying in bed, watching TV or checking Facebook and BUM – Monday. So today I’m asking you to stop waiting for something and making your every day funny and positive. I can help you. My proposition for today – Spain , let’s act like we are in Spain. Let’s wear colourful clothes, our favourite red lipstick and after hard working day cook your favourite simple dish, open a bottle of wine and  Voilà  you have a typically Spanish afternoon. Colour you life the way you want, nobody will do it instead of you.

Advice of the day : Tuesday can be a holiday as well as Friday or Saturday

Light Inside

Today in my series Talent of life living I want to tell you about unbelievably sunny person and little Buddha - Anna Kohanovska. 

She is my guru in life loving and as well founder and creative mind Artelle Studio (link:  http://artelle.com.ua/ )

 As well she is art therapist and an author of her own blog (link: http://annakohanovska.com/blog ). 

So I’m absolutely sure that the week started from such an amazing person must be great .


As usual I asked three simple questions and got inspirable answers.  

 

How have you decided to do what you do?

I believe that everything is energy. Those invisible thin threads that you and me are made of. And the whole world around in all its’ greatness. The day you look inside yourself - you can definitely hear soft and tender but still hearable voice within, your inner flow of energy, your own unique vibes. If you keep yourself as a pure «transmitter», if you rely on your Inner Self, if you can surrender to it - you will not get lost. From this moment, no need to wonder who you are, what you should do, should you continue your job or not, and what is your calling... Just sit still and listen. There’s always something that you already do and can’t let go, smth that you can neither stop nor leave behind, smth that always goes first, what fills you with exquisite energy, what makes sense to your existence. So that is the key. The key is just «paying attention», you know. Start doing that with whole heart - and it awards you with filling your days with divine creative flow. Then you kinda «rise and shine». Then you start to leave your dream. 

PS. And dreams tend to change. So please be flexible. Please be open. 


What is your inspiration?

Inspiration is «in between the lines» to me, you know. If you are not overwhelmed with all the rubbish and stress of everyday life - you’ll get it for free just from everybody and everything. But if you feel there’s no space available - detox your life. Because miracles only happen to those who have enough space for them, uhh. 
  

 

 

How are you looking for inspiration in life's routine? ( and do you actually need inspiration every day?) 
I am trying to regard every act as a meditation. It sounds pathetically, but in fact it just means to be aware of what you are doing, to keep your attention at «here and now». Then your every single routine move can be a great game (or even a drama - whatever you like), a source of Life, a song of glory. No routine stuff - only magic, only the unstoppable dance of life smile.
